Management Plus Service (including Rent Guarantee and Legal Protection)

This is an extra option to our Standard Management Service, and is a safeguard to protect you against non-payment of rent by your Tenant.

Subject to terms and conditions, it also provides the legal services and costs required to gain vacant possession of the property, in addition to the recovery of any arrears, through the court system (see terms and conditions for details).
